CAREL USA, Inc. in Manheim, PA is seeking an HR Representative to serve as a professional HR partner, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and HR operations.

The role reports to the HR Manager and collaborates with senior leadership across business units. You will lead full-cycle recruiting, guide leadership on staffing and development, manage temporary staffing, and help implement engagement and performance initiatives in a fast-paced, multinational

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
2–5 years of HR experience.
Knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and employment law.

Responsibilities

Provide operational HR partnership to assigned departments through regular meetings and business need assessments.
Lead full-cycle recruiting, define job requirements, manage pipelines and offers.
Support employee relations investigations, counseling, and corrective actions.
Assist workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and compliance with policies and laws.
Coordinate training, performance management, and compensation programs.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure HRIS data integrity.
