CAREL USA, Inc. is seeking an HR Representative to support assigned business units with talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce planning across the region. The role partners closely with the HR Manager and Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 2-5 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, compensation, organizational development, and employment law.
• SHRM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an operational HR partner to assigned departments by conducting regular meetings to understand business needs, workforce challenges, and priorities.
• Provide guidance to leadership on workforce staffing, employee career pathing and development, compensation, and performance management.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned roles, and manage job postings and applicant pipelines.
• Coordinate temporary staffing needs, including agency engagement, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support retention strategies and succession planning aligned with organizational objectives; conduct exit interviews and analyze trends.
• Administer performance management processes and coordinate training and development programs.
