Job summary

Renasant Bank is seeking a Training Facilitator & Coordinator to design, implement, and evaluate training programs covering technical topics, bank regulations, policies and procedures. The role requires strong facilitation, presenting, and the ability to tailor delivery to diverse audiences across the Bank.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of banking and/or learning and development experience.
• Proven presentation, curriculum development/delivery, and facilitation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Advanced decision making and reporting skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; knowledge of bank operations, policies, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with Training Director and management to understand policies, procedures, regulations, initiatives, and technology; assess training needs and develop programs.
• Effectively communicate with managers about training needs and performance of bank associates.
• Coordinate all training (instructor-led, e-learning, webcasts, conferences).
• Facilitate training sessions (instructor-led, webcasts, on-the-job).
• Maintain training history records and reports (course content, attendees, evaluations, vendors).
• Administer the learning management system to register, assign, and evaluate curricula.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
