Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 7–10 years of HR/organizational development experience.
3–5 years in a business-facing consulting or partner role.
Proven ability to partner with leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
Strong data literacy and ability to translate workforce trends into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders aligning talent priorities with organizational strategies.
Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and headcount management discussions.
Coach leaders on performance, development, succession, and team effectiveness.
Lead change initiatives to drive transformation and organizational effectiveness.
Analyze workforce analytics and present data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent solutions.
