Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner on the AMZL PXT team to support HR operations across site operations, focusing on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence.

As an HR Partner, you will execute standard work, build partnerships with PXT and Operations, coach leaders on engagement, and use data-driven insights to enhance the employee experience while developing core HR capabilities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timely delivery.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive engagement improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT-related data and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service HR tools and identify adoption gaps.
