Job summary

Amazon is hiring an HR Partner to support employee experience and engagement across the PXT organization. You will partner with Operations to reinforce standards, execute HR programs, and deliver high-quality service while handling sensitive information with discretion.

The role involves supporting site-level engagement, coaching leaders, and driving improvements in tools adoption and process efficiency, with regional travel up to 50% and home-site work during non-travel weeks.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and drive improvements in employee experience.
• Coach frontline leaders to improve engagement and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Track PXT-related data and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine employee questions and identify adoption gaps.
