Job summary

Human Resource Consulting Group (HRCG) is seeking a driven Sales Manager, HR, Temp Staffing & Workforce Solutions to grow our client base across the U.S. and connect employers with comprehensive HR, payroll, benefits, and staffing services.

You will lead business development, prospect new clients, and tailor multi-solution offerings to meet evolving workforce needs, building lasting relationships with executives and HR leaders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales, account development, or business development experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new client relationships.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, payroll/HCM, PEO, benefits, HR technology, or professional services strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
• Ability to independently develop opportunities while collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Connect with CEOs, CFOs, and HR leaders to present HRCG solutions.
• Manage opportunities from introduction to close and transition to service teams.
• Meet activity, pipeline, and new-business revenue goals.
• Build relations with Centers of Influence and represent HRCG at networking events.
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations to turn needs into workforce solutions.
