Job summary

WARE, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support a growing multi-state workforce. You will coordinate core HR processes, maintain employee data, and deliver responsive service aligned with WARE’s values.

Responsibilities include HR operations, compliance, reporting, and training administration. This role emphasizes accuracy, scalability, and employee experience across the company’s in-office operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Working knowledge of HR practices, employment processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll, benefits, LMS, and other HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR processes and administrative activities.
• Coordinate employment eligibility including background checks and drug screens.
• Reconcile HR and benefits invoices with vendors and Accounts Payable.
• Develop, update and maintain HR forms, procedures, checklists, and process documentation.
• Serve as primary HRIS administration contact and ensure accurate data.
• Provide backup support for payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
