Job summary

99 Ranch Market seeks an HR Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple distribution centers, partnering with warehouse leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality HR services. The role also provides operational HR support to improve workforce planning, engagement, and warehouse performance.

The position covers both warehouse and retail HR support on the East Coast, with responsibilities including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Partner with DC Managers and warehouse supervisors on day-to-day HR matters.
• Coordinate and support recruitment for hourly and warehouse management positions.
• Conduct onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, coaching documentation, and corrective action administration.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate required warehouse safety and compliance training.
• Support OSHA documentation and HR compliance audits.
• Conduct periodic HR audits for warehouse locations.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for routine employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
