Job summary

Warp Speed Holdings LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Human Resources Associate to support daily HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with onboarding and training.

You will handle benefits inquiries, contribute to policy updates, manage HR reporting, and partner with managers to address employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality.

This role requires at least 3 years in HR and strong communication, with proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead training and onboarding sessions.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by monitoring updates and implementing necessary changes to policies and practices.
• Develop, update and recommend HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions, ensuring new hires have a positive and informative introduction to the company.
• Facilitate company training and presentations on HR related topics.
• Review exit surveys, analyze feedback and recommend actionable improvements to enhance employee retention and engagement.
• Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and performance management.
• Assist with benefits administration, including employee enrollment and inquiries.
• Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in handling employee relations matter with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Participate in audits and HR reporting to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with and taking the lead on assigned projects and meeting deliverables and timelines.
