Dayco, a global leader in engine drive systems, seeks an onsite HR Operations Analyst at the Memphis Distribution Center. You will partner with local leadership to forecast staffing, drive employee engagement, and manage HR operations, data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, workforce planning, labor relations or a related HR function.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with demonstrated Excel, dashboarding and HR systems experience.
• Experience in a distribution, manufacturing, warehouse, or other high-volume environment preferred.
• Experience managing staffing agency relationships preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at the Memphis Distribution Center.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Forecast workforce requirements with DC leadership using data to develop and maintain short- and long-term workforce strategies.
• Partner with leaders on employee engagement action planning, execution, and follow-up using workforce data.
• Provide regular HR partnership for Distribution Center operations leaders, focusing on enabling people leadership capability.
• Oversee headcount levels, vacancies, hiring activity, turnover, and retention to identify gaps and risks.
• Manage staffing agency relationships, including forecasts, candidate flow, fill rates, new hire classes, and retention.
• Support and coordinate employee onboarding and new hire activities.
• Maintain accurate employee and workforce data within HR systems and prepare recurring/ad hoc HR reports.
• Provide day-to-day onsite HR support to employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience.
