Job summary

ALO is seeking an HR Manager for the Memphis Distribution Center to oversee daily HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits coordination. You will manage employee records in Workday, support leadership with employee relations, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires strong HRIS skills, experience advising managers, and the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years HR experience in generalist/BP roles.
• Experience with employee relations and investigations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and confidentiality.
• Spanish language fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations at the Memphis Distribution Center.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Lead onboarding, benefits coordination, and timekeeping.
• Investigate workplace incidents and coordinate with claims.
• Train managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Maintain accurate employee records in Workday.
• Partner with leadership to support operations objectives.
