Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy seeks a Director of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR processes across multiple states from its Toms River office. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, device management, and workflow execution, reporting to the COO.

You will lead HR staff, coordinate with Compliance, recruiting, credentialing, and IT to ensure policies are followed and processes stay aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations, workflow management, or project-driven HR functions.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, LMS, HRIS systems, or multi-site HR operations.
• Experience supervising administrative staff.
• Experience overseeing recruiting operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with CentralReach, Monday.com, Viventium, or similar systems is helpful.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Behavioral health or healthcare operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure processes are carried out consistently across all states.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files, and operational documentation.
• Implement and uphold HR policies and workflows created by the Compliance function.
• Identify operational gaps and streamline processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Provide direction and support to HR staff, including HR Generalists and the Office Manager.
• Onboarding: manage full onboarding process for all new hires, coordinate background checks, HRIS setup, and welcome materials.
• Offboarding: manage full offboarding process, coordinate exit documentation, system access removal, and HRIS updates.
• Audit offboarding files for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Device Management: oversee lifecycle of company devices, inventory tracking, and coordination with IT.
• Office Manager Oversight: lead Office Manager, ensure administrative workflows are completed on time.
• Recruitment Operations Oversight: monitor recruiting metrics and ensure hiring workflows follow HR policies.
• Employee Relations (Operational-Level Only): serve as first point of contact for routine issues and escalate high-risk matters.
