Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Director of HR Operations and Workflow Management to oversee day-to-day HR processes across states. You will ensure onboarding, offboarding, HRIS updates, documentation, device management, office administration and recruitment operations run smoothly and consistently.

This operations-focused role manages credential tracking, regulatory compliance and audits while leading HR staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations, workflow management or project-driven HR functions.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, LMS, HRIS systems or multi-site HR operations.
• Experience supervising administrative staff.
• Experience overseeing recruiting operations is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and keep processes consistent across all states.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee files and documentation.
• Implement and uphold HR policies and workflows.
• Find operational gaps and streamline processes.
• Direct and support HR staff, including HR Generalists and the Office Manager.
• Onboarding: manage the full process for new hires, including background checks, HRIS setup and welcome materials.
• Offboarding: manage resignations, terminations and transitions, including exit documentation and equipment return.
• Device management: oversee the device lifecycle and coordinate with IT.
• Office management: lead the Office Manager and oversee supplies and scheduling.
• Recruitment operations: oversee the Director of Recruitment, track vacancies and flow.
• Employee relations: initial fact-finding and documentation for routine issues.
• Audit onboarding, offboarding, HRIS accuracy, documentation and device records.
• Credential tracking: own credential tracking and align with onboarding timelines.
• Regulatory compliance: keep HR practices compliant and prepare for audits.
• Escalate high-risk investigations and legal matters.
