Job summary

Blackbird Recruiting is seeking a hands-on Director of HR Operations in Toms River, NJ. This full-time, in-office role will oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple states, build consistent processes, and drive accountability in HR operations.

You will lead HR staff and recruiting operations, manage onboarding/offboarding and HRIS workflows, and continuously improve systems for efficiency and compliance.

A growing ABA company is seeking a hands-on Director of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple states. This role will focus on building consistent processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accountability across HR operations.

• Manage and support HR staff, the Office Manager, and recruiting operations.
