Job summary

Oakridge Behavioral Health seeks an Assistant HR Director to oversee daily HR operations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. You will support employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, policy enforcement, and performance management while helping lead the HR team and acting as HR Director in their absence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations and ensure compliance with laws.
• Support employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and policies.
• Assist with performance management and training programs.
• Lead HR team and provide guidance to managers.
• Assist in EEOC claims and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with payroll on benefits and compensation.
