Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience OR 2 years' supervisory experience, including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, associates verbally and in writing.
• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Manage HR office functions including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and HR systems.
• Identify associate, customer and/or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders in area of responsibility.
• Coordinate training (new hire orientation, modules, web-based training) and monitor completion.
