Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years’ Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years’ supervisory experience including 1 year’s experience managing human resource processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies by maintaining HR documents and assisting in HR systems.
• Coordinate and supervise training for Distribution and Transportation associates.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and payroll tasks within the HR office.
• Develop and mentor associates and leaders, monitor performance and provide feedback.
