Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintains high level of confidentiality and discretion with employee information.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tasks within HR programs at a field location or the corporate office.
• Support HRIS, compensation, leave/benefits, recruitment, and compliance.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for HR Business Partner processes.
• Maintain knowledge of HR tools, programs, and policies.
• Partner with HR leaders to understand information needs and deliver data.
• Serve as a technical resource for HR systems for staff and managers.
• Assist with data and workflow management projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
