Tempur Sealy International, Plainfield, IN, invites you to join as an HR Generalist. This full‑time role supports HR programs at field locations and corporate offices, covering HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment, and compliance.

You will partner with HR leaders to deliver data and guidance, support payroll processes, and serve as a technical resource for employees and managers on HR systems, while upholding strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years in HR.
• HRIS experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• Maintains high level of confidentiality and discretion with employee information.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of specialized tasks within one or more HR programs at a field location or the corporate office.
• Programs include: HRIS, compensation, leave and benefits administration, talent recruitment and compliance.
• Provides guidance and troubleshooting for HR Business Partner team on processes around benefits, payroll, and HR systems.
• Partners with HR leaders to understand informational needs and deliver data to support.
• Serves as a technical resource for the HR team, employees, and managers on the operation and maintenance of HR systems.
• Assists with projects such as data and workflow management to provide support.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
