Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in HR operations or related field with HRIS experience.
• Experience handling employee data, reporting, auditing, and process administration.
• Knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, and PII handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support HR technology and processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Manage HR workflows, security, and data transactions with confidentiality.
• Partner with Payroll to support payroll tax compliance and data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, analytics, and standard operating procedures.
