Job summary

Qualifications

• Supervises staff performing word processing, data entry and organization, scheduling, records maintenance, and payroll-related tasks.
• Oversees recruitment, employee schedules, leave management, and related HR processes.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to Privacy Act and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and review the work of office and fiscal support staff.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and fiscal record-keeping.
• Coordinate information with other County staff and external stakeholders.
• Supervise creation and processing of forms, records, and reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and records management across databases.
