Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in behavioral health counseling, psychotherapy, and related social services in public or private settings.
• Experience supervising clinical and behavioral health staff and managing programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the work of multidisciplinary staff providing behavioral health services.
• Provide direct clinical services including crisis on-call coverage.
• Evaluate program activities and recommend changes to meet goals and ensure budget compliance.
• Supervise staff performance and ensure compliance with workload standards.
• Participate in training and development programs and assist in budget preparation.
