Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, HR analysis, or HR coordination in a regulated public sector environment.
• Ability to interpret HR policies, labor agreements, and employment laws with accuracy.
• Comfort conducting audits, reviews, and administrative investigations with detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides operational, analytical, and technical HR support to HR Managers and leadership.
• Supports HR initiatives, special projects, and process improvement in a regulated setting.
• Coordinates HR activities across multiple functions including employee and labor relations, leave administration, payroll-related processes.
• Compiles, analyzes, and reports HR data to support decision-making and compliance.
• Tracks HR projects, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple workstreams with follow-through.
• Supports HR workflow coordination and audit readiness activities.
• Assists with implementation of HR programs aligned with County policies.
• Conducts audits and reviews of HR processes, records, and documentation for compliance.
