Job summary

The National Football League (NFL) is seeking a proactive HR Operations Coordinator to join our Shared Services team in New York. You will be the first point of contact for employees, ensuring timely and accurate support throughout the employee lifecycle and managing HR tickets.

You will process HR transactions, support onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security and IT to enhance the employee experience and scale our HR capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or HR support role.
• Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing system).
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and UGK preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear and concise communication across functions.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Manage and resolve tier-1 HR inquiries through ServiceNow, ensuring timely, accurate responses to questions about HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Process HR transactions including new hires, rehires, transfers, leaves of absence, terminations, and data changes.
• Support talent acquisition processes by posting requisitions, managing candidate experience, extending offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• HR Systems Support: Enter and maintain employee data in Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow, and UGK, supporting lifecycle transactions and identifying automation opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, Compliance, Security, and IT.
