Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities seeks an HR Operations Specialist to own key HR processes from onboarding to payroll. You’ll ensure data accuracy, resolve questions, and support leaders across multiple locations.

The role focuses on payroll coordination, benefits support, and timely employee changes, with partnership with the HR Director to address complex issues. A strong eye for detail and customer service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations or a generalist role.
• Hands-on experience supporting payroll and benefits.
• Experience with HRIS or payroll platforms; Paylocity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain payroll data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Own the administrative side of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to changes and terminations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, PTO balances, benefits, and personnel files across systems.
• Assist with benefits enrollments, changes, and Open Enrollment.
