The role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while working with the HR Director to ensure accurate employee information and timely HR support.

• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems including Paylocity preferred.
• Strong benefits administration experience and guidance to employees.

Responsibilities

• Support bi-weekly payroll processing and timecard review.
• Maintain payroll log and employee records in HRIS.
• Handle new hire onboarding and HR changes workflows.
• Process benefit enrollments and respond to questions.
• Coordinate LOA and workers' compensation documentation.
• Maintain HR records and coordinate notifications to IT/Accounting.
