Job summary

Roblox is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to support managers and employees across the People team. You will navigate complex employee matters, drive data-informed HR processes, and partner with Legal and Employee Relations to maintain high compliance and confidentiality.

Based at Roblox HQ in San Mateo, CA with hybrid work options, you will influence HR programs and ensure data integrity across HR systems while delivering excellent service to the workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting employees outside of the US is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to general process and policy questions and guide managers on employee situations.
• Assist managers with performance cases, accommodation requests and reorganizations.
• Own elements of HR service delivery and drive operational excellence through data analysis and process design.
• Build cross-functional relationships with People team, Employee Relations and Legal.
