Job summary

Project Brilliance LLC is an ABA therapy provider seeking a meticulous HR Coordinator to manage leaves, benefits reconciliation, and onboarding support. You will keep HR systems accurate, ensure compliance, and back up recruiting activities for our clinical staff.

A strong attention to detail and collaborative spirit are essential. The role requires 2–4 years in HR, experience with ADP Workforce Now and Employee Navigator, and comfort with MacBooks and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Healthcare or behavioral health (ABA) setting experience is a plus.
• Solid compliance knowledge: FMLA, ADA, I-9 rules.
• Detail-oriented with data auditing and billing accuracy.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee leaves: FMLA, non-FMLA, pregnancy, ADA accommodation requests.
• Oversee interactive process for ADA/PWFA; collect and securely store medical documentation.
• Audit timecards and reconcile monthly benefit invoices with payroll deductions.
• Maintain digital HR files for clinical staff and audit I-9 forms for accuracy.
• Track and audit clinical certifications; ensure 100% compliance.
• Assist recruiting and onboarding; support New Hire Orientation.
• Enter and manage lifecycle data in ADP Workforce Now; assist policy updates.
