Job summary

Beazley is seeking an Employee Services Coordinator and ADA & Leave specialist to deliver client-centered HR service to managers and staff in a global role.

You will own P&S systems governance, support benefits, payroll queries, and leave accommodations under ADA and FMLA, partnering with HR and external suppliers. Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

This role offers a robust benefits package, 22 days PTO, and a discretionary bonus aligned with performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations and administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies across multiple countries or global experience preferred.
• Experience interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding and leaver processes.
• Coordinate benefits with providers and respond to payroll queries.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data integrity.
• Support external audits and system governance.
• Provide guidance and mentorship on HR procedures.
