Job summary

State of South Carolina is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Blythewood to support the HR team with technology tools like SuccessFactors, OnBase, and SharePoint. In this role you will build and maintain reports, assist with data accuracy, and support daily HR processes.

You will work closely with the HR Manager on SCEIS reporting, ad-hoc requests, and documentation. Strong Excel and confidentiality are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience with approval.
• Strong Excel and Office skills with data analysis ability.
• Good communication and collaboration across teams.
• Knowledge of HR policies and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR team with HR technology including SuccessFactors, OnBase, HR Dashboard and SharePoint.
• Test functionality and support HR staff and managers; maintain employee data.
• Create, maintain and analyze SCEIS reports via BEX and Excel.
• Create ad-hoc reports and system queries; ensure accuracy of results.
• Build standard reports for each department within the agency.
• Maintain HR SharePoint site and manage user access; biweekly updates.
• Create ID Badges and Key Fobs for hires and transfers; track issuance.
• Assist with New Hire Orientation on a biweekly basis; route paperwork.
