Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Systems Analyst to support and optimize SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules within a state HR/Payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, reporting, and compliance alignment to enhance automation, improve data integrity, and reduce manual processes.
Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules to optimize system workflows and improve automation.
- Support State HR and Payroll processes while ensuring compliance with data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA) and regulatory frameworks.
- Perform data validation, integrity monitoring, and issue resolution across HR systems.
- Develop advanced reports and dashboards using SAP reporting tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- Manage and configure role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams) to document processes and communicate system updates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support system enhancements and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules, including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- 3+ years of experience supporting State HR/Payroll processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- 3+ years of experience in data validation, data integrity monitoring, and issue resolution.
- 3+ years of experience developing advanced reports and dashboards using SAP tools, Excel, and Power BI.
- 3+ years of experience managing RBAC and system access configuration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, and South Carolina information security policies.
- Experience supporting IT implementation or system enhancement projects.
