Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or certifications recognized in HR
• 3–5 years of HR experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Proficiency with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and reporting tools
• Commitment to providing exceptional service to employees and managers

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview candidates for open positions and support the hiring process from requisition to onboarding
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, benefits education, and HR system training
• Assist with employee benefit programs, medical leave administration, and 401k activities
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and leave-related questions
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, wellness activities, and employee events
• Assist with employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, separations, and offboarding activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, files, databases, and reports
• Support internal and external audits and ensure timely response to information requests
• Maintain working knowledge of payroll processes and provide payroll coverage as needed
• Process employment verifications and other employee information requests
