PACCAR's HR Operations team in Bellevue, WA is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support reporting, data integrity, and payroll-related processes. You will maintain employee records, produce routine and ad hoc HR reports, and help with employment verification and compliance tasks.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Internal collaboration across HR and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR, admin, operations, payroll, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Able to handle confidential information professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience with HRIS or reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute routine HR reports (headcount, workforce, salary, audits).
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems and databases.
• Process employment verification requests and assist unemployment claims.
• Assist with state and federal compliance reporting (including new hire reporting).
• Process HR-related vendor invoices and maintain documentation.
• Administer tuition reimbursement and support other HR initiatives.
• Support HR document management (electronic signatures, filing, SharePoint).
• Compile workforce data and prepare reports for HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining SOPs and identify HR process improvements.
• Support internal audits and data validation activities.
• Provide admin support for special HR projects and other duties.
