PACCAR is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to partner with managers across recruitment, training and employee engagement functions.

This role supports compensation guidance, policy interpretation, and diverse, inclusive workforce initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include guiding managers through performance improvements, leading onboarding, and coordinating employee development programs while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or human resources required.
• 3+ years of broad HR generalist experience.
• Knowledge of employment laws including FMLA, ADA, AAP and Workers’ Compensation.
• Experience presenting and facilitating to groups.
• Working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint beyond basic data entry.

Responsabilités

• Engages managers as trusted advisors to improve performance and leadership.
• Guide managers on using tools and processes to drive engagement and compliance.
• Partner with recruitment on job descriptions, interviewing and candidate selection.
• Provide guidance on job grade evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Assist in affirmative action and diversity planning.
• Support new hire processes including orientations.
• Collaborate to facilitate mandatory training such as ethics and supervision training.
• Coordinate service awards and employee recognition programs.
• Provide compensation guidance including merit recommendations and promotions.
