Job summary

Vicar's Landing in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The role focuses on the operational side of HR, keeping processes organized, supporting employees, administering benefits, and ensuring accurate, timely HR transactions in our HRIS.

You’ll be part of a collaborative HR team, owning day-to-day processes that keep HR running smoothly and ensuring confidentiality and compliance across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of Human Resources experience with hands-on HR operations.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to independently manage recurring responsibilities and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for employees with questions about benefits, HR programs, policies, and routine HR matters.
• Manage New Hire Onboarding from offer letter to Day One.
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, employee questions, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee information and process HR transactions within our HRIS.
• Support leave administration, employment changes, and other employee lifecycle processes.
• Prepare routine HR reports and assist with audits and compliance activities.
• Provide additional HR operational support as needed.
