Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist in the Jacksonville area to support HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will be a visible HR resource for frontline employees and partner with operations to reinforce culture and business objectives.

The role focuses on policy guidance, employee relations, onboarding, staffing, HRIS transactions, payroll discrepancies, and reporting to support a responsive, compliant HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years in HR.
• Experience in employee relations preferred.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline HR support for on-site team.
• Interpret and apply company policies for managers and staff.
• Address employee relations matters and investigations.
• Assist with onboarding and staffing processes.
• Process HRIS changes and payroll discrepancies.
• Produce reports and support special HR projects.
