Qualifications

• Experience running payroll systems with high accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and maintaining data integrity.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, ADA, and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll accurately and on time with zero errors.
• Maintain a clean, up-to-date HRIS with complete employee records.
• Own end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Administer FMLA, CFRA, ADA and related processes timely and correctly.
• Deliver a structured onboarding experience for all new hires.
