This temporary-to-hire on-site role reports to the HR Operations Manager and collaborates with HR and management to gather data for payroll, audits, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Onboarding processes and employee data handling in Oracle HCM system.
• Maintain confidentiality of associate information.
• Support HR team with data entry and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs a wide range of duties related to processing and maintaining associate data.
• Interacts with applicants, associates, management, and HR personnel.
• Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all associate information.
• Provides administrative and operational support to HR team members.
• Demonstrates courtesy, diplomacy, and tact in interactions with internal and external customers.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and professional standards.
• Maintains attendance and records time worked/time-off.
• Operates and maintains department equipment and supplies safely.
• Maintains order, cleanliness, and safety at work.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
