Caterpillar Inc. in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking an HR Operations Partner for SPM Oil & Gas to drive efficient HR processes and exceptional service for a global energy team.

You will own employment compliance, payroll, data management, and reporting while partnering with managers to implement process improvements. This onsite role requires five days in the office and offers relocation support for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to implement efficient approaches.
• Knowledge of capturing and documenting business information in an auditable, organized way.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and ability to meet user needs with excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to HR operational excellence by executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, and employee data management.
• Provides an excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
• Develops expertise across HR operational areas and supports improvement opportunities.
• Maintains an HR Operations knowledge database and reports on HR operational metrics.
