SPM Oil & Gas, a Caterpillar company, is seeking an HR Operations Partner in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on employment compliance, payroll, benefits, and data management, delivering high-quality service to internal customers.

The position supports continuous improvement, maintains HR knowledge resources, and reports HR metrics. Domestic relocation is available and sponsorship is not provided; five days onsite is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• Knowledge of business process improvement best practices and ability to implement efficient approaches.
• Knowledge of information capture methods to document business information auditable and retrievable.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts; ability to meet or exceed expectations.
• Knowledge of the decision-making process and tools; ability to analyze and decide.
• Knowledge of rights and obligations in employee relations; adhere to legal requirements in negotiations.
• Knowledge of HR policies, standards and procedures; uphold organization standards.
• Knowledge of HR approaches, tools, and techniques to guide managers on HR initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR policies, operational processes and tasks to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to operational excellence in HR by executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration and employee data management.
• Provides excellent service experience when executing employee-facing processes.
• Develops expertise across HR operational areas and supports continuous improvement opportunities.
• Supports maintenance of an HR Operations knowledge database and reporting of HR metrics.
