You will partner with HR leadership on budgets, workforce investments, and financial decisions, while advancing HR technology modernization and Workday processes. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic onsite environment with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with effective time allocation.
• Strong communication skills to convey and interpret needs clearly.
• Experience creating and maintaining financial reports.
• Analytical thinking to identify root causes and solutions.
• Financial analysis to interpret data and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, forecasting, and month-end support for the Human Resources Division.
• Partner with HR Vice Presidents and leaders on budget management and workforce investments.
• Analyze business cases related to HR technology modernization and transformation.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for HR spending and workforce trends.
• Support Workday, labor, payroll, and workforce reporting processes.
• Deliver ad hoc analysis and executive insights for HR initiatives.
