The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of related experience, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in HRIS/ATS/LMS. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or construction industry preferred.
• Maintain confidential information and interpret HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of HR initiatives within business units and under HR management.
• Support company culture, values, and D&I activities across the company.
• Participate in problem solving and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Administer HR data changes and ensure data integrity in HRIS, ATS, LMS, and TMS, including report generation and records management.
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities: ATS postings, interviews, and campus recruitment events.
• Execute new hire processes: background checks, onboarding, orientation, payroll liaison, verification requests, visa coordination.
