Job summary

Circle the City is a rapidly growing non-profit providing holistic healthcare to people experiencing homelessness in Maricopa County. The HR Coordinator supports onboarding, HRIS administration (Paycom), credentialing, and employee records, ensuring compliant, timely processing across the employment lifecycle.

You will work closely with the HR team in a central Phoenix location, handling I-9s, background checks, audits, and policy communications while maintaining confidentiality and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of HR experience, onboarding or HRIS preferred.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and visitors at the corporate suite entrance in a professional manner.
• Administers Paycom HRIS data entry, data integrity, and reporting.
• Complete re-credentialing records for OLCP and OCS credentialed employees in MedTrainer.
• Supports onboarding: new hire orientation, meeting logistics, I-9 documentation.
• Assists with pre-employment screening, background checks, and verifications.
• Maintains confidential HR records and supporting compliance audits.
• Communicates HR policies and supports special HR projects.
• Process incoming mail and deliveries for the Administration building.
