The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department while helping ensure a positive employee experience. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, tracking compliance requirements and coordinating employee communications. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in keeping HR operations organized while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
