Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and HRIS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding scheduling and new hire processes.
• Assist with I-9 paperwork and pre-employment screenings.
• Coordinate with IT for hardware provisioning for staff.
• Assist Safety with PPE distribution and employee requests.
• Update employee profiles and manage change requests (address, direct deposit, tax withholdings).
• Answer routine payroll/policy questions and benefits inquiries.
• Support HR projects and data audits.
• Escalate issues to HR leadership as needed.
• Provide general HR/office administrative support.
