Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of administrative, customer service, office support, or HR experience.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for employee, leader, candidate, and visitor inquiries, providing timely support on HR processes.
• Coordinate recruiting and onboarding activities including interview scheduling and new hire orientation.
• Administer attendance processes, maintain records, prepare reports, and support communications and corrective actions.
• Enter and audit employee data across HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and ATS for accuracy.
• Generate workforce reports on attendance, staffing, headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
• Maintain confidential employee records and ensure policy compliance and retention requirements.
• Support employee engagement, training coordination, and HR projects.
