Job summary

This role supports daily HR operations while ensuring policy consistency and balancing employee advocacy with business goals.

You will lead investigations, coordinate recruitment and onboarding, administer HRIS data, and help drive workforce planning and engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or Eaton LDP Graduate.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management and HR operations.
• Experience with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees and supervisors on workplace concerns and policy interpretation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding of new hires.
• Administer HR policies, maintain records and HRIS data, support audits and compliance.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives and monitor completion.
• Support compensation, benefits and leave administration.
• Assist with workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to advise on policies and escalate complex matters.
