Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role.
• Prior experience with full-cycle recruiting, including interviews.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR policies.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information in ADP Workforce Now.
• Collaborate with Payroll for data transfer and document processing.
• Maintain HR files and records in HR drive and ADP system.
• Lead recruitment activities including postings, screening and interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure required documents are filed.
• Prepare employment letters and assist with HR projects.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment processes.
• Support offboarding and termination processes in ADP.
• Ensure HR processes comply with laws and company policies.
