Job summary

Audax Group in Boston is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. The role supports onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and performance review cycles, while maintaining HRIS data accuracy and system-wide processes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and can manage multiple priorities while delivering timely responses to stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR coordination or HRIS experience.
• Experience with HR systems (HRIS, ATS, onboarding, time tracking, benefit vendors).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding & off-boarding processes and benefits administration.
• Set up new hires in Greenhouse Onboarding and send welcome communications.
• Ensure data entry consistency across Greenhouse Onboarding and HRIS.
• Assist with new hire training scheduling and ongoing training initiatives.
• Prepare benefits enrollment packets and assist with enrollment.
• Coordinate with IT, Facilities, Payroll, and other departments for smooth onboarding/offboarding.
• Answer day-to-day questions about benefits and HR processes.
